Return Policy

Refund Policy for AAC Blocks
Breakage allowance follows industry norms
- Up to 3% breakage during delivery is acceptable.
- If breakage exceeds 3%, a refund is processed based on the breakage beyond the permissible limit.
- Breakage verification must be done at the time of delivery/hand-over
Refund Policy for Jointing Mortar
Refunds are offered in specific cases:
1. Damaged Bags
If any bag is torn, wet, or damaged during delivery, the damaged quantity will be refunded.
2. Performance Issues
If the Jointing Mortar does not perform as expected (bonding issues, curing concerns, etc.), a refund will be evaluated based on:
- Degree of defect
- Material usability
- Evidence provided by the buyer
Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days after verification and approval.
